Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling based on availability.
